“As the Father sent me, so I send you” (John 20, 21)
The mission of every religious Congregation, as indeed of every Christian, derives from this sending of the Son into the world to establish the Kingdm of God. Jesus entrusted to his disciples the
task of carrying on his mission of proclaiming in word and action the Good News that the Kingdom is already here.
The Sisters of Marie Auxiliatrice live their particular mission according to the charism of their Foundress, Blessed Marie Therese de Soubiran. The different activities chosen by her from the beginning change as time goes on, but preference is always given to young people and the poor.
This mission is lived out in apostolic communities, in a life of service where prayer and action are intimately linked.
