Review by the National Board for Safeguarding Children in the Catholic Church in Ireland
We invited the National Board to conduct a review of the Congregation’s safeguarding policies and practices in Ireland.
We are pleased to say that our safeguarding policy document has been found by the Board to be more than adequate in our present context. The commitment of the Congregation to the protection and wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults is recognised by the Board.
We fully accept the recommendations of the Board for the continuing care and protection of children into the future.
